Getting Remote IT support with Computer Technologies Group, Inc. is easiest for existing clients who opt into our monitoring platform through our IT Care Plan. This allows us to remotely take control of their devices with no overhead. If you are a new client who isn't covered by an IT Care Plan, we may utilize an alternative means to connect to your device and address your IT issues.

It's easier than ever for us to support you remotely as an existing customer. 

Businesses who opt into our monitoring platform have the benefit of their IT support being one click away!

If you need us to address an IT issue, give us a call, send an email, or login to our portal. We will contact you and connect to your device as long as it has internet connectivity. If you don't have our IT Services plan, then we will need to utilize an alternate means to remotely connect to your device and address your IT issue.
